A quick visit to the Pomeranian coast of Poland, the famous port city of Gdansk, and then down to Torun, a Renaissance delight along the Vistula. Traces of German heritage, scenes from modern history, and a lot of beer and sauerkraut…

  1. I loved Torun and Gdansk, but didn’t enjoy battling the crowds in Krakow (or, Kra-krowd as I like to call it!). However, if you are heading down to Krakow make sure to get in a lunch at the Chimera salad bar… it’s amazing!
